The AIAOLA Sexual Health Clinic (ASH Clinic) was founded in June 2020 as part of Kumukahi Health + Wellness. As the only sexual health and HIV specialty clinic on the Big Island of Hawai'i, our medical services are focused on HIV care, Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), gender-affirming care, STI testing and treatment, Hepatitis C evaluation and treatment, and LGBTQ+ health. ​

Our Clinic Team

The ASH Clinic is led by our provider, Naomi Whitaker, APRN-NP-C with support from our medical consultant Dr. Mark Knox. The staff includes our nurse case manager, BJ Crivello, RN, and Kona medical receptionist, Bubbles Cravalho.
